Moustafa Abdulwahed

I’m Moustafa Abdulwahed, a photographer based in Valencia, a city I now call home. I was born and raised in a small village in North Lebanon, where silence, distance, and overlooked details shaped the way I see the world. That early experience continues to guide my work, an instinct to look closer, to notice what others might pass by.

Photography, for me, is not only about capturing an image, but about understanding presence, of a person, a space, a moment. My background in architecture and interior design taught me structure, proportion, and light; but over time, I found myself more drawn to what lives in between: atmosphere, texture, emotion.

More recently, working with ceramics has brought me even closer to material and process. It has changed the way I observe, slowing me down, making me more attentive to imperfection, touch, and the quiet dialogue between form and time. This sensitivity naturally carries into my photography.

I work across portraits, architecture, interiors, food, and everyday life, always with the same intention: to create images that feel honest, grounded, and lasting. Images that don’t just show, but resonate.

If something in this speaks to you,
let’s create something meaningful together
